Theophila Drennan is the primary educator for this one-room school. Theophila graduated with honors from Butler University, acquiring a bachelor's degree in International Management and French, and holds a Washington State teaching certificate. Theophila also serves on the Curriculum committee for St. John's School and is the Choir Director for Holy Cross Antiochian Orthodox Church.

Elizabeth Fitzgerald, as Chair of the board of directors, serves in an administrative and managerial capacity for St. John's School. She has extensive experience in accounting, bookkeeping, special event coordination, and office management. In addition she has completed a variety of specialized education and instructional courses.

Katrina Leslie serves as part-time teacher's aide. She is currently working on her BA degree at Central Washington University.
